Is Wingate Drive a through street?

No!  Wingate Farms Drive is a long cul-de-sac that curves west off 315 up the hills from the Olentangy river.  We are a quiet community with little street traffic.

Are the Wingate Farms facilities open to the public?

Wingate Farms is a private community and not open to the public.  But we love to make new friends.  Use our Contact Us page to reach out to us and learn more about Wingate.

What kinds of homes are in Wingate?

Our homes range from a two-bedroom ranch to a six bedroom 3-story Colonial Home.  A new home is under construction on Wingate's last remaining lot.
