Golf and Tennis
The three golf course tees and greens are shown in the red areas of the map. The tennis courts are shown in the bottom right of the map. There is a walking trail that surrounds the golf course and tennis courts in the green area of the map. The rest of the areas (including the pond) are owned by individual Wingate homeowners.
Common Area - Wingate West
Walking Trails
Wingate has a long paved trail (highlighted on the map) that starts at the community pond and winds its way through the woods and back to Wingate Drive. There is also a wood chip covered nature tail up the hill from the paved trail. Individual homeowners own the property on the rest of the map.
